Update the rulings??[edit]
I deleted a tips in the tips section about using Spell Economics to avoid paying the cost but this would not work becuse the cost is not paid upon activation. But the rulings page dont point this out and it could cause confusion amongst newer players- Your fatefully Unregisterd Contributer81.233.213.239 13:06, March 5, 2010 (UTC)
