Template:Card gallery/doc

This template is meant to be used to generate card galleries.

Usage

One per region:

}}

Parameters

region

Required parameter. Used to pass a region.

type

Optional parameter. Used to define the type of gallery, which will impact the way the other parameters are passed. Takes Anime, Manga, Video games, and Other.

Building a row

Each entry goes in one row.
Rows are composed of card number; set name; rarity; edition; alt; :: modifier // options. For cards that don't have a card number, it should have the set code for the respective file. ("modifier" stands for if the card is OP, etc.. I don't know what to call those.)
The options part is optional and is separated by inserting // and then the options keys. These are:

extension::<value>

Uses the value entered here as the extension for the image. Default is PNG (.png).

description::<value>

Adds a file description after the standard caption. Usually used on alternate versions.

caption::<value>

Used only for the Other type. Sets the caption under the image, overriding any other automatically generated text.

twitter::<value>

Used only for the Other type. Adds a link to the tweet with the passed ID posted by the official Yu-Gi-Oh! OCG Twitter.

youtube::<value>

Used only for the Other type. Adds a link to the video with the passed ID posted by the official Yu-Gi-Oh! OCG YouTube Channel.
