These "Danger!" creatures are full of mystery and intrigue, but after hiding way on their treacherous island for so long, humans are finally able to take a closer look at them!
Hunt them down... before they hunt you.
The Danger Files is a Solo Mode Gate in Yu-Gi-Oh! Master Duel and focuses on the Danger! archetype.
Like most Gates in Solo Mode, each Duel can be played with either the player's own Deck or a provided Loaner Deck fitting the theme of the Gate, with separate rewards for each. Completing this gate for the first time unlocks the "Emerging Monstrosity Recon!" Secret Pack for 24 hours.

Loaner Deck
- A Deck with "Danger!" monsters of a wide range of Levels. If you discard a Level 8 "Danger!" monster from your hand when activating "Trade-In," you can replenish your hand and unleash the effect of the discarded "Danger!" monster, so use this effect to create openings for attacks.

Opponent's Deck
- A Deck that teaches you the basics of "Danger!" Because it consists of Level 4 or lower monsters, you should decide on whether to activate effects or Summon according to how your hand is looking. If you find it difficult to deal with monsters with high ATK, try to increase your ATK with the "Second Expedition into Danger!" or "Danger! Feets of Strength!" effects, or aim for a direct attack with the "Realm of Danger!" effect.

Loaner Deck
- A Deck focused on sending "Kuriboh" monsters to the Graveyard, also taking advantage of the effects of "Danger!" monsters, which make it easy to send cards from your hand to the Graveyard. Since there are quite a lot of monsters in this Deck, it is easier to shoot for a "Kuribabylon" Special Summon by combining with the effects of "Danger!" monsters. You can also use Link Summoning to send monsters to the Graveyard again and gain ATK!

Opponent's Deck
- A Deck that utilizes "Danger!" monsters, allowing you to easily Special Summon DARK monsters with high ATK or DEF which can then be Tributed to unleash "Deck Devastation Virus" and other effects. This allows for a wide range of tactics, such as Special Summoning "Darkest Diabolos, Lord of the Lair" when you Tribute your own monster or using the effect of "Lair of Darkness" to use your opponent's monster as a Tribute.
