We do use the "original names" somewhat - specifically, for the YGO DM manga characters (like Katsuya Jonouchi). But that's because Viz published their English names that way in the manga; we still use the English dub names for the anime characters (like Joey Wheeler).
Current wiki policy (i.e. rules) is to use the English dub names for the anime versions of characters, and English manga names for the manga versions of the characters. If we decided to "change" this policy to what you suggested, that would require many pages to be renamed, as well as many name changes in the various articles where those characters are mentioned. It's not an attractive suggestion, and this would only appeal to the hardcore fans (the minority) that insist on using the characters' translated JP names. (What you say makes sense for later YGO series, since their subs are more relied upon than the "declining-quality" dubs nowadays, but it's better to maintain consistency across all the YGO series.)
As for the Card Errata pages, this is already being done. But what you're doing is like asking "Create more Card Ruling pages with the official Konami rulings." Yes, we do that, but editing is volunteer work. You can't force people to add more information. If people feel like it, they'll add the translations.
