To the Death!! is the thirty seventh chapter of the Yu-Gi-Oh! manga.
Reason for challenge
Seto challenges Yugi for the final stage of Death-T, Death T-5, in order to get revenge.
Rules

- Trap cards have not yet been introduced.
- The loser is subject to a Penalty Game.
Turn by Turn Play
- Yugi summons Winged Dragon, Guardian of the Fortress #1.
- Seto summons Hitotsu-Me Giant, it attacks but is destroyed by Winged Dragon. (Seto: 1800)
- Seto summons The Wicked Worm Beast, it attacks Winged Dragon however Winged Dragon is able to evade the attack. Winged Dragon destroys Wicked Worm Beast.
- Seto sets Saggi the Dark Clown in defense mode.
- Yugi sets an unknown monster in defense mode.
- Seto switches Saggi to attack mode and activates Dark Energy which triples its attack points. Saggi destroys Winged Dragon. (Yugi: 1600)
- Yugi sets Sangan in defense mode.
- Saggi destroys Sangan.
- Several turns pass, and Saggi destroys all of Yugi's monsters he places on the field. (Yugi: 1400)
- Yugi summons Gaia the Fierce Knight, it destroys Saggi. (Seto: 1300).
- Seto summons Blue-Eyes White Dragon, it destroys Gaia. (Yugi: 700).
- Yugi sets Imp in defense mode.
- Blue Eyes White Dragon destroys Imp.
- Yugi sets Beaver Warrior in defense mode.
- Seto summons his second Blue-Eyes White Dragon.
- Yugi plays Swords of Revealing Light which stops the monsters on Seto's side for three turns.
- Seto sets Kappa in defense mode.
- Seto summons Judgeman, it destroys Beaver Warrior.
- Yugi summons Dark Magician, it destroys Judgeman. (Seto: 1000)
- Seto summons his third Blues-Eyes White Dragon, it destroys Dark Magician. (Yugi: 200).
- Yugi plays all five cards of Exodia the Forbidden One, giving him an automatic victory.
