"A Storm is Coming", known as "The One Who Commands the Wind" is the eighth episode of the Yu-Gi-Oh! VRAINS anime. It first aired in Japan on July 5, 2017, became available with official subtitles via Crunchyroll on the same day, and aired in Canada on September 23, 2018.
Due to Hanoi's program, Skye Zaizen is now in a comatose state. Feeling responsible for dragging her into his battle against Hanoi, Yusaku tries to investigate the cause of this together with Kolter. However, Blue Angel, who is supposed to be in a coma, then appears on the city's monitors, and challenges Playmaker to a rematch!
