Duelist Kingdom[edit]
- In episode 12, Yugi Muto and his friends were showing to each other what their favorite card was. Bakura Ryou shows this card and states it was his favorite card. Yami Bakura would later seal Bakura's soul within this card.
- In episode 13, Yami Bakura uses this card during his Duel against Yami Yugi. Yami Bakura attempted to use this card to take control of Yami Yugi's "Dark Magician" (sealed with Yugi's soul) and win the duel, however since Bakura Ryou's spirit was inside the card, Bakura chose to take control of his own "Lady of Faith" instead, preventing Yami Bakura from winning.
- In episode 16, this card can be seen in Seto Kaiba's briefcase when he takes out a Duel Disk from his briefcase and tosses it to Joey Wheeler.
- In episode 26, this card can be seen in Kaiba's briefcase when he takes a Duel Disk from his briefcase and tosses it to Maximillion Pegasus.

- In episode 85, this card can be seen when Yugi is rebuilding his Deck.
Virtual World[edit]
- In episode 109, this card appears in a flashback Leichter has when he explains to Seto that his treachery began when Gozaburo Kaiba gave him a large amount of dollars to test Seto's business skills.
- In episode 116, this card appears in a flashback Seto has when he notes that he remembers that he promised to be a father to Mokuba and protect him no matter what. Although Seto initially initially when he threw Mokuba out, but he did that so that no matter what happened to him, Mokuba would still have a family.
- In episode 118, Noah Kaiba uses this card during his Duel against Yami Yugi. He uses this card to take control of Yugi's "Dark Magician".
Battle City Finals[edit]
- In episode 129, Yami Yugi uses this card during his Duel against Seto Kaiba. He adds this card from his Deck to his hand via Kaiba's "Spell Sanctuary". After Kaiba activates "Soul Exchange" to allow himself to Tribute monsters on both sides of the field for a Tribute Summon, Yugi activates this card to take control of Kaiba's "X-Head Cannon" and prevent Kaiba from having the necessary monsters to Tribute Summon "Obelisk the Tormentor". Kaiba then activates "Enemy Controller" to take control of "X-Head Cannon".
Yu-Gi-Oh! GX[edit]
- This card appears in the GX Japanese closing song, Borderline Battle.
Scripted Duels[edit]
- In the non-canon duel YCS Providence 2012 Special: Mai, Joey and Yugi vs. Pegasus and Bakura, Yami Bakura activates this card against Yugi, targeting Yugi's "Valkyrion the Magna Warrior". Yugi negates this card with "Mystical Refpanel".
