Card Appearances:Cursed Seal of the Forbidden Spell
- In episode 21, Bastion Misawa uses this card during his Duel against Jaden Yuki. When Jaden activates "Polymerization" to fuse "Elemental HERO Sparkman", "Elemental HERO Avian", and "Elemental HERO Bubbleman" together and Fusion Summon "Elemental HERO Tempest", Bastion activates this card to negate the effect of "Polymerization" and destroy it by discarding "Double Spell". Bastion then declares that due to the last effect of this card, Jaden can't activate "Polymerization" for the remainder of the Duel. This was a major blow against Jaden as his entire deck consisted of Fusion Monsters and a few strong Normal and Effect Monsters. In the next episode, this card is shown as one of the ten cards piled on top of "Carboneddon" in Bastion's Graveyard. Despite having no access to "Polymerization", Jaden still won the duel as Bastion didn't think that Jaden could win a duel without using "Polymerization".
