- In episode 47, Alexis Rhodes uses this card during her Duel against Chazz Princeton. She summons this card via "Machine Angel Ritual". This card then attacks and destroys "Ojama King" (whose ATK was 300 due to it being equipped with "Dress Up"). This card then inflicts damage to Chazz equal to the DEF of "Ojama King", winning Alexis the duel.
- In episode 60, Alexis uses this card during her duel against Atticus Rhodes. She summons this card via "Machine Angel Ritual". This card then attacks and destroys "Bronze Warrior". This card then inflicts damage to Atticus equal to the DEF of "Bronze Warrior", winning Alexis the duel.
- In episode 90, Alexis uses this card during her duel against Maitre' D. She summons this card via "Machine Angel Ritual". Alexis then equips this card with "Ritual Weapon", increasing this card's ATK and DEF by 1500. This card then attacks and destroys "Bacchus the Dizzy Deity" (whose ATK was 1900 due to its own effect). This card's effect then activates, inflicting damage to Maitre' D equal to the DEF of "Bacchus the Dizzy Deity". After Maitre' D Flip Summons "Foaming Beauty", the latter's Flip Effect activates, decreasing this card's ATK by 1000. "Big Vintage Magna Mutton" then attacks and destroys this card.
- In episode 129, Alexis summons this card when the gang needed to get above ground and a bunch of Duel Ghouls were blocking them off. This card, "Hyper Hammerhead" and "Fossil Warrior Skull Bone" then created a shockwave that knocked the Duel Ghouls away.
- In episode 131, Alexis uses this card to help herself and his friends open a portal to another dimension so that they can find Jesse Anderson and rescue him.
- In episode 161, Alexis uses this card during her Tag Duel with Jaden Yuki against two unknown Obelisk Blue Students. She equips this card with "Ritual Weapon", increasing its ATK and DEF by 1500. On Jaden's next turn, he activates "Gift of the Martyr" to send this card to the Graveyard and increase the ATK of "Elemental Hero Flare Neos" by this card's ATK. After Jaden wins the duel, Alexis was angry at Jaden's move with this card since even though this card was powered up by "Ritual Weapon", Jaden sacrificed it like it was nothing.
- In episode 173, this card is shown dropping to the ground after Alexis is defeated by Trueman.
- This card's attack name in the Japanese version was Angelic Turn, while in the English version it was Angel Flight Flurry.
- This card is Alexis Rhodes's signature card.
