• In episode 64, Syrus Truesdale uses this card during his duel against Tyranno Hassleberry. He activates this card when "Dark Tyranno" attacks directly via its own effect. Hassleberry then activates "Dino Stomp" to destroy Syrus' set "Wonder Garage". The effect of "Wonder Garage" activates, allowing Syrus to Special Summon "Drillroid". This card's effect then inflicts 300 damage to Hassleberry. After Syrus summons "Ambulance Rescueroid" via "Polymerization", this card inflicts 300 damage to Hassleberry. Later "Ultimate Tyranno" attacks and destroys "Decoyroid". Syrus then activates the effect of "Ambulance Rescueroid" to revive "Decoyroid". This card then inflicts 300 damage to Hassleberry. "Ultimate Tyranno" then attacks "Decoyroid" again due to its own effect, but Syrus activates "De-Fusion" to return "Ambulance Rescueroid" to the Extra Deck and Special Summon "Ambulanceroid"and "Rescueroid" from his Graveyard. This card then inflicts 600 damage to Hassleberry. A replay then occurs and Hassleberry uses "Ultimate Tyranno" to attack and destroy "Decoyroid". Syrus then activates the effect of "Rescueroid" to add "Decoyroid" from his Graveyard to his hand. Syrus then activates the effect of "Ambulanceroid" to Special Summon "Decoyroid" from his hand. This card then inflicts 300 damage to Hassleberry. "Ultiamte Tyranno" then attacks "Decoyroid" again which starts the loop all over again. The infinite loop then occurs three times which left Hassleberry with only 200 Life Points remaining. "Ultimate Tyranno" then attacks "Decoyroid" again. Hassleberry is about to activate "Jurassic Impact" to end the Duel in a Draw, but he chooses not to after he finds out Syrus had been searching for Jaden last night for hours. "Ultimate Tyranno" then destroys "Decoyroid". Syrus then activates the effect of "Rescueroid" to add "Decoyroid" from his Graveyard to his hand. Syrus then activates the effect of "Ambulanceroid" to Special Summon "Decoyroid" from his hand. This card then inflicts 300 damage to Hassleberry, winning Syrus the Duel.
• In episode 71, Lorenzo uses this card during his Duel against Jaden Yuki. He activates this card after Jaden activates "Climax Hour". After Lorenzo Special Summons "B.E.S. Tetran" via "Boss Rush", this card's effect activates, inflicting 300 damage to Jaden. After Lorenzo Special Summons "B.E.S. Crystal Core" via "Boss Rush", this card inflicts 300 damage to Jaden. After Lorenzo Special Summons "Big Core" via "Boss Rush", this card inflicts 300 damage to Jaden. This card remained on the field until the Duel was over.

• In episode 35, this card was seen as one of the many cards that Rally, Blitz, Nervin, and Tank threw into the air in order to distract some Satellite residents who wanted Yusei Fudo's Duel Runner (Yusei's friends knew the Runner was more important than their cards, so they threw the latter into the air as a distraction).
