- In Yu-Gi-Oh! ARC-V episode 12: "Battle Under the Big Top", Declan Akaba plays this card in his Action Duel against Yuya Sakaki. He Fusion Summons this card with the effect of "Dark Contract with the Swamp King", using "D/D Cerberus" and "D/D Lilith" from his hand as Fusion Material. Later, Yuya activates the effect of "Performapal Whip Snake" to switch this card's ATK and DEF until the end of the turn. "Whip Snake" then attacks this card, but Declan activates "Dark Contract with the Witch" to increase this card's ATK by 1000 (to 2500). Yuya then finds and activates the Action Card "High Dive", increasing "Whip Snake's" ATK to 2700, and Declan finds and activates the Action Card "Evasion", negating the attack against this card. He also activates "Contract Laundering" to negate the effects of his own "Dark Contracts", reducing this card's ATK to 1500. This card's ATK and DEF return to normal during the End Phase. During his next turn, when Declan Synchro Summons "D/D/D Gust King Alexander", this card's effect activates, Special Summoning "Lilith" from Declan's Graveyard. In the following episode, this card attacks Yuya's "Performapal Whip Snake", but Yuya activates "Hippo Carnival", Special Summoning three "Hippo Tokens" to his side of the field. A replay occurs, and this card attacks and destroys one of the "Hippo Tokens". During Yuya's next turn, "Odd-Eyes Pendulum Dragon" attacks and destroys this card, with Declan receiving double the battle damage due to the latter's effect. At the end of the Battle Phase, this card is Special Summoned from Declan's Graveyard by the effect of his "D/D/D Wave King Caesar". Declan then activates "D/D/D Human Resources", returning this card, "Alexander", and "Caesar" to the Extra Deck to add "D/D Savant Kepler" and "D/D Savant Galilei" from his Deck to his hand.
- In Yu-Gi-Oh! ARC-V episode 40: "Stealth Warriors", Declan plays this card against Barrett. He Fusion Summons this card with the effect of "Dark Contract with the Swamp King", using "D/D Cerberus" and "D/D Lilith" from his hand as Fusion Material. This card then attacks and destroys Barrett's "Beastborg Panther Predator". During the next turn, Barrett Fusion Summons a second "Panther Predator" and increases its ATK to 3000 using the effect of "Beastborg Medal of the Blade". The second "Panther Predator" then attacks and destroys this card.
- In Yu-Gi-Oh! ARC-V episode 50: "Dueling Declan", Declan plays this card against Yuya. He Fusion Summons this card with the effect of "D/D Swirl Slime", using "Swirl Slime" and "D/D Berfomet" as material. When Declan Synchro Summons "D/D/D Gust King Alexander", this card's effect activates, Special Summoning "Swirl Slime" from Declan's Graveyard. This card then attacks directly after "Alexander" and "D/D/D Wave King Caesar" destroy Yuya's monsters. During the next turn, Yuya's "Rune-Eyes Pendulum Dragon" attacks and destroys this card.
- In Yu-Gi-Oh! ARC-V episode 128: "What Lurks Beneath", Declan plays this card in his Battle Royal with Yuya against Leo Akaba. He Fusion Summons this card using the effect of "D/D Necro Slime" by banishing "Necro Slime" and "D/D Ghost" from his Graveyard. When this card is Fusion Summoned, the effect of Declan's "D/D/D Gust King Alexander" activates, Special Summoning "D/D Berfomet" from his Graveyard. When "Berfomet" is Special Summoned, this card's effect activates, Special Summoning a second "Berformet" from his Graveyard. During Leo's next turn, Leo activates the effect of "Spirit Tech Force - Pendulum Governor" to Tribute "Spirit Gem - Salamander Core" in order to use its effect twice. He uses the effect to destroy this card and Yuya's "Odd-Eyes Pendulum Dragon."
