Later "Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon" attacks this card, but Jaden activates "Edge Hammer" to Tribute this card, destroy "Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon" and inflict the latter's ATK as damage to Kaibaman. Kaibaman then activates "De-Fusion" to return his "Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon" to his Extra Deck and revive his three "Blue-Eyes White Dragons". This makes the effect of "Edge Hammer" resolves without effect as its original target was no longer on the field.
- In episode 46, Jaden uses this card during his Duel against Amnael. He summons this card via "A Hero Emerges". Later Jaden sends this card from his hand to the Graveyard in order to activate the effect of "Elemental Hero Aqua Neos".

This card then inflicts piercing damage to Hassleberry and Blair twice (Chazz and Syrus note that Jaden was doing a heartless move since he was inflicting Piercing Damage to tokens that have 0 DEF). This move causes Alexis to be so angry at Jaden that she refuses to be his partner. Blair, upon hearing this, activates "Partner Change" to make her and Alexis switch partners, so that she could be closer to Jaden. On Jaden's End Phase, this card's ATK returned to its original value. Later "Dark Tyranno" (whose ATK was 2900 due to "Jurassic World") attacks and destroys this card. - In episode 178, this card can be seen in the background when Jaden makes his speech to Nightshroud about the bonds people can make with their Decks.
- In episode 180, Jaden uses this card during his Duel against Yugi Muto. He Normal Summons this card with no Tributes via the effect of "Necroshade". Jaden then equips this card with "Impact Flip". This card then attacks and destroys "Swift Gaia the Fierce Knight". The effect of "Impact Flip" then activates, forcing Yugi to send the top card of his Deck to the Graveyard. However this activates the effect of "Beast of Gilfer", equipping "Archfiend of Gilfer" to this card as an Equip Card and decreasing this card's ATK by 500. Later "Dark Magician Girl" (whose ATK was 2300 due to its own effect) attacks and destroys this card. The final effect of "Impact Flip" then activates, allowing both players to draw one card.
