- In episode 100, Kite probably defeated 3 Academia's Duelist by this monster.
- In episode 101, Kite Tenjo Plays this card in his Duel against Sylvio Sawatari and Gong Strong. He Xyz Summons this card by overlaying his 2 "Cipher Wings" and activate its effect: by using 1 Overlay Unit; he may take control 1 of his opponent's monster with its effect(s) negated and copy this card's name and ATK. He take control of Gong's "Superheavy Samurai Ninja Sarutobi", and change it to Attack Position. He then use "Sarutobi" to attack "Abyss Actor - Superstar", and use the effect of "Cipher Interference" to double the ATK of "Sarutobi", as he control 2 or more "Cipher" monster with the same name (this card - the real "Cipher Dragon" and "Sarutobi", which is treated as if its named "Galaxy-Eyes Cipher Dragon"), "Superstar" is destroyed, eliminating Sylvio from the Duel. This card then attack Gong directly, winning Kite the Duel.
- In the said episode, Sylvio tried to banish this card from Kite's Extra Deck by the effect of "Abyss Script - Fire Dragon's Lair". But failed as he cannot fulfill the effect of the said card.
- In episode 102, Kite Tenjo Plays this card in his Duel against Yuya Sakaki. He Xyz Summons this card by overlaying his 2 "Cipher Wings". Later Yuya attack this card with "Odd-Eyes Pendulum Dragon", with the help of "Performapal Drummerilla" to raise the ATK of "Odd-Eyes" by 600 - From 2500 to 3100. Kite then use "Double Exposure" and "Double Sensorship" to negate the attack by using the former to change "Drummerilla" to "Odd-Eyes". The next turn, Kite use this card's effect to take control of Yuya's "Odd-Eyes Pendulum Dragon", negating its effect, changing its ATK to 3000 and its name became "Galaxy-Eyes Cipher Dragon". Kite then activate "Cipher Interference". He then use the fake "Cipher Dragon" to attack "Drummerilla" and use "Cipher Interference" to double the ATK of the fake "Cipher Dragon". But Yuya find the Action Card "Miracle" and activate it: Halving the battle damage and protect "Drummerilla" from being destroyed. He then use the real "Cipher Dragon" to attack "Drummerilla". The next turn, Yuya attack this card with "Odd-Eyes Rebellion Dragon", and use the effect of "Dragoncalling Magician", which is used as a Material to Summon it. To double the ATK of "Odd-Eyes Rebellion" as it battle a Dragon-Type monster. Kite activate his "Double Cipher" by using all remaining Xyz Material of this card to Special Summon another copy of this card from his Extra Deck. A replay occurs, so Yuya continue the attack on this card, Kite use the effect of "Cipher Interference" to double the ATK of this card as he control 2 same "Cipher" monster. Resulting the battle in double KO.
- After he see "Yuto's "Dark Rebellion Xyz Dragon" and Shay explain that "Sakaki" Yuya come to Xyz Dimension as a friend, Kite flees off the scene.
