After he Normal Summons this card, Astral, using reverse psychology, tells Yuma to Special Summon "Zubaba Knight" through this card's effect, and Yuma responds by Special Summoning "Ganbara Knight" via its effect. Yuma then overlays this card and "Ganbara Knight" in order to Xyz Summon "Number 39: Utopia".

In episode 12, Yuma uses this card during his Tag Duel with Shark against Scorch and Chills. After he Normal Summons this card, Yuma activates this card's effect to Special Summon "Gagaga Magician". He then overlays this card and "Gagaga Magician" in order to Xyz Summon "Number 39: Utopia".

In episode 14, during Yuma's Duel against Kite Tenjo, this card appears in Yuma's Deck as part of the effect of "Monster Slots".

In episode 28, during Yuma's Duel against Cody Callus, Yuma sends this card, "Gogogo Golem", and "Blustering Winds" from the top of his Deck to the Graveyard via the effect of "Digvorzhak, King of Heavy Industry". As two monsters were sent to the Graveyard via the effect of "Digvorzhak", Cody uses the second part of the effect of "Digvorzhak" to destroy "Gagaga Magician" and "Mystical Donator".

In episode 65, this card is shown during the explanation of the effects of "Sphere Field" done by Mr. Heartland.

In episode 69, Yuma uses this card during his Tag-Team Duel with Shark and Kite Tenjo against Dr. Faker. After he Normal Summons this card, Yuma activates this card's effect to Special Summon "Gagaga Magician". He then overlays this card and "Gagaga Magician" in order to Xyz Summon "Number 39: Utopia".

In episode 72, Yuma uses this card during his Duel against Kite. After he Normal Summons this card, Yuma activates this card's effect to Special Summon "Gagaga Magician". He then overlays this card and "Gagaga Magician" in order to Xyz Summon "Number 39: Utopia".

In episode 74, Yuma uses this card during his Duel against Fender. After he Normal Summons this card, he activates its effect to Special Summon "Bachibachibachi". After Yuma makes the latter monster Level 4 via "Plus Star 123", he overlays this card and "Bachibachibachi" in order to Xyz Summon "Number 39: Utopia". After Fender Xyz Summons "Chaos Xyz Mechquipped Djinn Angeneral" via "Rank-Up-Magic Barian's Force", the latter card detaches all Overlay Units from "Utopia" and attaches them to "Mechquipped Djinn Angeneral". In the next episode, Fender detaches all Chaos Overlay Units from "Mechquipped Djinn Angeneral" in order to activate its effect.

In episode 82, Yuma uses this card during his Duel against Mizar. After he Normal Summons this card, Yuma activates this card's effect to Special Summon "Ganbara Knight". Yuma then overlays this card and "Ganbara Knight" in order to Xyz Summon "Number 39: Utopia".

In episode 95, Yuma uses this card during his Duel against Vector (who was actually a clone created by the real Vector to fool Yuma). After he Normal Summons this card, Yuma activates this card's effect to Special Summon "Ganbara Knight". Yuma then overlays this card and "Ganbara Knight" in order to Xyz Summon "Number 39: Utopia". It was sent to the Graveyard at an unspecified point.
