Waking the Dragons[edit]

  • In episode 174, Yugi uses this card during his Duel against Rafael. He Special Summons this card via the effect of "King's Knight". Yami Yugi then activates "Brave Attack" to add up the ATK of all three "Knights" and use them to attack and destroy "Guardian Grarl", but Rafael activates "Guardian Force" to negate the effect of "Brave Attack" and destroy it. On Yami Yugi's next turn, he Tributes this card in order to activate "Five Star Twilight". Two episodes later, Yami Yugi activates the effect of "Underworld Circle" to revive this card. "Guardian Dreadscythe" (whose ATK was 5500 due to "Reaper Scythe - Dreadscythe") then attacks "Dark Magician", but Yami Yugi activates "Zero Gravity" to switch the Battle Positions of all monsters on the field, causing all monsters on the field to switch to Defense Position. Rafael then activates "Spirit Hunting" to switch "Guardian Dreadscythe" into Attack Position and destroy all of Yami Yugi's Defense Position monsters.

Dawn of the Duel[edit]

  • In episode 200, this card appears within Yami Yugi's mind when Yami Bakura claims to him that his mind is an unsolvable maze and that he pursues games like riddles.
  • In episode 221, Yami Yugi uses this card during his Duel against Yugi Muto. He Special Summons this card via the effect of "King's Knight". At the end of the Battle Phase, Yami Yugi tributes his three knights in order to Tribute Summon "The Winged Dragon of Ra".

Notes[edit]

  • When Jack's Knight is equipped with "Lightning Blade", its attack in the Japanese anime is Thunder Break Sword.
  • In the Manga Version, this card was Level 4 instead of 5, 1800 ATK instead of 1900, and 1200 DEF instead of 1000.
