In episode 7, Syrus Truesdale uses this card during his Duel against Jaden Yuki. He activates "Polymerization" to fuse this card with "Gyroid" in order to Fusion Summon "Steam Gyroid".
- This card is also shown in a flashback Syrus has when he remembers Zane Truesdale scolding him for trying to use "Power Bond" recklessly. Syrus was shown using this card in his Duel against Gorisuke. Syrus attempted to use "Power Bond" to fuse this card with "Gyroid", but Zane interrupts the duel, before he attacks to stop Syrus from being defeated.
In episode 8, this card appears in a flashback Syrus had when he notes to himself that Zane duels by considering his opponents and dealing with any possibilities.
In episode 10, Syrus uses this card during his Tag Duel with Jaden against the Paradox Brothers. After Syrus Normal Summons this card, he activates "Polymerization" to fuse this card with "Gyroid" in order to Fusion Summon "Steam Gyroid".
In episode 56, Syrus uses this card during his Duel against Missy. After Syrus summons this card, he uses this card to attack directly. On Syrus's next turn, he switches this card to Defense Position. On the last turn of the duel, Syrus activates "Vehicroid Connection Zone" to fuse this card with "Drillroid" and "Submarineroid" in order to Fusion Summon "Super Vehicroid Jumbo Drill".
In episode 164, during Syrus' Duel against Makoto Inotsume, Syrus sends this card from the top of his Deck to the Graveyard via the effect of "Power Wall".

In the American Spanish dub its name is "Vaporoide". In the Castillian (Spanish from Spain) dub, this card is named "Locomodroide".
