Yu-Gi-Oh![edit]

  • In episode 20, Dox uses this card during his Tag Duel with Para against Yami Yugi and Joey Wheeler. He sets this card in Defense Position. He sets this card in Defense Position. After Dox summons "Kazejin", the brother Tribute "Sanga of the Thunder", "Kazejin", and this card to Summon "Gate Guardian". Each segment was treated as a seperate monster and could attack and use its effect. In the next episode, "Flame Swordsman" (whose ATK was 2500 due to it being equipped with "Salamandra") attacks "Kazejin", but this card nullifies the attack. This card then attacks the entire maze. Due to "Flame Swordsman's" weakness to water, it loses 300 ATK. The attack then destroys "Flame Swordsman". Later "Summoned Skull" attacks this card. Yugi then activates "Spellbinding Circle" to immobilize "Gate Guardian" and decrease the sections' ATK by 700. The attack then destroys this card. Later Yugi activates "Monster Reborn" to revive this card under his control. "Gate Guardian" then attacks "Dark Magician", but Yugi uses this card's effect to nullify the attack. Later "Kazejin" attacks this card, but Yugi uses this card's effect to nullify the attack. "Sanga of the Thunder" then attacks and destroys this card since this card's effect can only be activated once per turn.
  • In episode 55, this card is shown as one of the many cards on the shop window that Yugi Muto, Joey Wheeler, and Tristan Taylor gaze in awe at.

Yu-Gi-Oh! GX[edit]

  • In episode 10, Para uses this card during his Tag Duel with Dox against Jaden Yuki and Syrus Truesdale. He Special Summons this card via the effect of "Tribute Doll". Para then Tributes "Kaiser Sea Horse" to summon "Sanga of the Thunder" (as "Kaiser Sea Horse" counts as two Tributes for the summon of a LIGHT monster). Para then Tributes this card, "Kazejin", and "Sanga of the Thunder" in order to Special Summon "Gate Guardian".
  • This card appears in the second version of GX Japanese opening song of 99%.
