  • In episode 5, Titan uses this card during his Duel against Jaden Yuki. He Normal Summons this card in Attack Position due to "Infernalqueen Archfiend" being on the field. Titan then activates the effect of "Infernalqueen Archfiend" to increase this card's ATK by 1000. This card then attacks Jaden's "Elemental Hero Avian", but Jaden activates "Mirror Gate" in response, however Titan activates this card's effect to roll a die. Titan gets a two, so "Mirror Gate" is negated and destroyed. This card then destroys "Avian". Jaden then activates "Hero Signal" to Special Summon "Elemental Hero Clayman". Later Jaden activates the effect of "Elemental Hero Thunder Giant" to destroy this card, but Titan activates this card's effect to roll a die. Titan gets a five, so the effect of "Thunder Giant" is negated and it's destroyed. In the next episode, this card attacks directly, but Jaden activates "Mirror Force" to destroy all Attack Position monsters Titan controls. Titan then sends "Desrook Archfiend" from his hand to the Graveyard via its own effect in order to revive this card. Titan then activates the effect of "Pandemonium" to add another "Desrook Archfiend" from his Deck to his hand. This card then attacks directly, but Jaden activates "Emergency Provisions" to send "Mirage of Nightmare" to the Graveyard and gain 1000 Life Points. The direct attack continues. Later Jaden's "Elemental Hero Flame Wingman" attacks and destroys this card. "Flame Wingman" then inflicts damage to Titan equal to this card's ATK. Titan then sends another "Desrook Archfiend" from his hand to the Graveyard via its own effect in order to revive this card. On Titan's next turn, he Tributes this card in order to Tribute Summon "Skull Archfiend of Lightning".
  • Its negation effect was called Hell Roulette in the Japanese version.

Yu-Gi-Oh! ZEXAL[edit]

  • In episode 6, this card appears in Flip Turner's backstory when he explains to Yuma Tsukumo the reason he deceives others to win was because he was deceived by others who claimed to want be his friends only for them to betray him for their own benefit. This card is dropped by a school bully after Flip defeats him in an ante Duel.
  • In episode 26, this card appears on Striker Crossit's soccer ball made of Duel Monster Cards.
  • In episode 27, this card appears on Striker's soccer ball.
