• Outside Japan, the snowflake-shaped accessory worn by "Ghostrick Yuki-onna" is edited to lessen the resemblance to hexagrams, consistently with her own card's artwork, and the wine bottle on the stand behind her is changed into a vase. This edit is also used by later Japanese video games.

• When this card was reprinted in Japan, the international snowflake was used, but the bottle was kept.
