OCG Rulings
- The effect that adds 1 Level 4 or lower "@Ignister" monster from your Deck to your hand is a Trigger Effect. (It does not target. It can be activated during the Damage Step.)[1]
- The effect that destroys your Cyberse monster at the start of the Damage Step is a Trigger Effect that activates in the Graveyard. (It does not target. Banishing this card from your Graveyard is a cost to activate this effect.)[1]
