Q&A Rulings

A: In this scenario, if "Altergeist Kidolga" declared an attack that turn, the "Twin Triangle Dragon" Special Summoned by its effect can declare an attack even if that "Altergeist Kidolga" is no longer on the field. During subsequent turns, "Twin Triangle Dragon" will not be able to attack.[1]
A: In this scenario, after "Altergeist Kidolga" returns to the field, it is no longer treated as the card that Special Summoned "Twin Triangle Dragon". Therefore, you cannot attack with that "Twin Triangle Dragon", regardless of whether or not the returned "Altergeist Kidolga" has declared an attack during that turn.[2]
A: In this scenario, the effect of "Altergeist Kidolga" will no longer apply to "Cracking Dragon" once it is changed to face-down Defense Position. Therefore, if "Cracking Dragon" is flipped face-up again, you will be able to attack with it regardless of whether or not "Altergeist Kidolga" has declared an attack during that turn.[3]
A: In this scenario, you may activate the effects of both "Altergeist Meluseek" and "Altergeist Kidolga". If both effects are activated, they are activated on the same Chain, in the order you choose.[4]
A: In this scenario, although the attack made by "Altergeist Kidolga" was negated by the effect of "Magic Cylinder", it still declared an attack that turn, so the Special Summoned "Degrade Buster" can attack that turn.[5]
