OCG Rulings

  • This card's effect that Special Summons an "/Assault Mode" monster from your hand is the effect that is applied by activating this card. (It does not target, and cannot be activated during the Damage Step.)[1]
  • Tributing 1 Synchro Monster in your Monster Zone is the cost to activate this card. (You can also Tribute a face-down Defense Position Synchro Monster.)[1]
  • This card's effect that Sets an "Assault Mode Activate" from your hand or Deck starts a Chain and activates in the GY. (It does not target, and can only be activated during your Main Phase.)[1]
  • Banishing this card from your GY is the cost to activate this effect.[1]
