OCG Rulings

• This card's effect that Special Summons an "/Assault Mode" monster from your Deck is the effect that is applied by activating this card. (It does not target, and cannot be activated during the Damage Step.)
• Tributing 1 "/Assault Mode" monster in your Monster Zone is the cost to activate this card. (You can also Tribute a face-down Defense Position "/Assault Mode" monster.)
• This card's effect that shuffles cards from your GY into the Deck starts a Chain and activates in the GY. (Banishing this card from your GY is the cost to activate this effect, and it cannot be activated during the Damage Step.)
• This effect targets any number of cards in your GY, either named "Assault Mode Activate" or having "Assault Mode Activate" listed in their texts, with different names.
