- Q: While my "Blackwing Full Armor Master" is face-up in the Extra Monster Zone, my opponent Tribute Summons "Thestalos the Firestorm Monarch" and activates its effect. At this time, if my opponent chains the effect of "By Order of the Emperor" and negates that activation, will the effect of "Blackwing Full Armor Master" that places a Wedge Counter on the opponent's monster be applied?
- A: In this scenario, since the activation of the effect of "Thestalos the Firestorm Monarch" was negated "By Order of the Emperor", the effect of "Blackwing Full Armor Master" that places a Wedge Counter on it is not applied.[1]
