Card Rulings:Chronomaly Nebra Disk
OCG Rulings
- The "When this card is Normal Summoned: You can add 1 "Chronomaly" card from your Deck to your hand, except "Chronomaly Nebra Disk"." effect is a Trigger Effect. (This effect does not target.)[1]
- The "If this card is in the Graveyard and all monsters you control are "Chronomaly" monsters (min. 1): You can Special Summon this card in Defense Position." effect is an Ignition Effect that activates in the Graveyard. (This effect does not target.)[1]
- During the turn in which you have already activated the effect of a card other than a "Chronomaly" card, the "You can Special Summon this card in Defense Position." effect cannot be activated. If the effect of a card other than a "Chronomaly" card is activated but its activation is negated, then the "You can Special Summon this card in Defense Position." effect can be activated that turn. (However, if only the effect is negated and not the activation, then the "You can Special Summon this card in Defense Position." effect cannot be activated that turn.)[2]
- The "You can Special Summon this card in Defense Position." effect can only be activated if this card is in the Graveyard and you only control "Chronomaly" monsters. Therefore, if you control a face-down monster, this effect cannot be activated. Furthermore, when the effect resolves, even if you control a monster that is not a "Chronomaly" monster, the effect is applied normally.[3]
