OCG Rulings

• "During your End Phase, if you control 2 or more "Constellar" Xyz Monsters that have Xyz Material: You can target 2 of those Xyz Monsters; detach all Xyz Materials from those 2 targets, and if you do, halve your opponent's LP." effect can be activated during your End Phase and it starts a Chain Link. (It targets.)

• Even if the "During your End Phase, if you control 2 or more "Constellar" Xyz Monsters that have Xyz Material: You can target 2 of those Xyz Monsters; detach all Xyz Materials from those 2 targets, and if you do, halve your opponent's LP." effect was already activated during the Duel, "Constellar Tempest" and the "During each of your Standby Phases: You can target 1 "Constellar" Xyz Monster you control and 1 "Constellar" monster in your Graveyard; attach that target from the Graveyard to that face-up Xyz Monster as an Xyz Material." effect can still be activated.

• "During each of your Standby Phases: You can target 1 "Constellar" Xyz Monster you control and 1 "Constellar" monster in your Graveyard; attach that target from the Graveyard to that face-up Xyz Monster as an Xyz Material." effect can be activated during your Standby Phase and it starts a Chain Link. (It targets.)

• When any of this card's effects resolves, if this card was destroyed, that effect is not applied.

• If the "During each of your Standby Phases: You can target 1 "Constellar" Xyz Monster you control and 1 "Constellar" monster in your Graveyard; attach that target from the Graveyard to that face-up Xyz Monster as an Xyz Material." effect is activated and "Forbidden Lance" is Chained targeting the monster targeted by "Constellar Tempest", the effect of "Constellar Tempest" is not applied. (The monster in the Graveyard is not treated as an Xyz Material, and it remains the Graveyard.)

• If the "During your End Phase, if you control 2 or more "Constellar" Xyz Monsters that have Xyz Material: You can target 2 of those Xyz Monsters; detach all Xyz Materials from those 2 targets, and if you do, halve your opponent's LP." effect is activated and "Book of Moon" is Chained targeting 1 of the monsters targeted by "Constellar Tempest", since that monster is in face-down Defense Position, the effect of "Constellar Tempest" is no applied. (The other Xyz Monster's Xyz Materials are not detached, and your opponent's Life Points are not halved.)

• If the "During your End Phase, if you control 2 or more "Constellar" Xyz Monsters that have Xyz Material: You can target 2 of those Xyz Monsters; detach all Xyz Materials from those 2 targets, and if you do, halve your opponent's LP." effect is activated and "Compulsory Evacuation Device" is Chained targeting 1 of the monsters targeted by "Constellar Tempest", since that monster is no longer on the field, the effect of "Constellar Tempest" is no applied. (The other Xyz Monster's Xyz Materials are not detached, and your opponent's Life Points are not halved.)

• If the "During your End Phase, if you control 2 or more "Constellar" Xyz Monsters that have Xyz Material: You can target 2 of those Xyz Monsters; detach all Xyz Materials from those 2 targets, and if you do, halve your opponent's LP." effect is activated and "Forbidden Lance" is Chained targeting 1 of the monsters targeted by "Constellar Tempest", the Xyz Materials of the 2 targeted monsters are still detached, and your opponent's Life Points are halved.
