Q&A Rulings
- Q: "Cyberse Gadget" and a "Security Token" Special Summoned by the effect of "One-Time Passcode" are face-up on my field. Can I banish those 2 monsters when activating "Cross Breed"?
- A: The original Type and Attribute of the "Security Token" are LIGHT and Cyberse, as determined by the effect of "One-Time Passcode". "Cyberse Gadget" is also a LIGHT Cyberse monster, so you can activate "Cross Breed" by banishing those 2 monsters as the cost. Note that Tokens such as a "Clone Token" Special Summoned by the effect of "Cloning" do not have an original Type or Attribute, so they cannot be banished when activating "Cross Breed".[1][2]
