OCG Rulings
- When you activate this card, you choose which of the "●" effects to activate. (You also select the monster to be targeted at this time.)[1]
- The effect that prevents your opponent from activating cards or effects in response to the effects of your "Crusadia" monsters does not target. (You cannot activate this effect during the Damage Step.)[1]
- The effect to draw cards does not target. (You can only activate this effect after damage calculation when a "Crusadia" Link Monster in your Monster Zone destroys an opponent's monster by battle.)[1]
- The number of cards you draw with this effect is equal to the Link Rating of the "Crusadia" Link Monster you battled with. If you cannot draw that amount, you cannot activate this effect.[1]
Q&A Rulings
- Q: My "Crusadia Spatha" and my opponent's "Orcust Brass Bombard" battle each other, and both monsters are destroyed. After damage calculation, can I activate "Crusadia Testament"?
- A: Even if your "Crusadia" Link Monster battles a monster with the same ATK and both monsters are destroyed, you can activate "Crusadia Testament" after damage calculation. (In this scenario, since "Crusadia Spatha" is a Link 2 monster, you draw 2 cards.)[2][3]
