OCG Rulings
- This card is treated as a "Gusto" monster.[1]
- The effect of "Daigusto Emeral" is an Ignition Effect.[1]
- You choose which "●" effect to activate when this effect is activated. (Regardless of which effect you choose, detach 1 Xyz Material from this card as the cost to activate this effect.)[1]
- The first "●" effect targets 3 monsters in your Graveyard. (Shuffling 3 monsters into the Deck and drawing 1 card do not happen at the same time.)[1]
- The second "●" effect targets 1 monster in your Graveyard. (As long as it is a non-Effect Monster, this effect can also target a Ritual, Fusion, Synchro, Xyz, or Link Monster that has no effects or a Gemini monster that is treated as a Normal Monster.)[1]

- Q: Can the first "●" effect of "Daigusto Emeral" target a monster that was sent to the Graveyard after being detached as a cost to activate the effect of "Daigusto Emeral"?
Also, while I only have 2 monsters in my Graveyard, can I activate the first "●" effect of "Daigusto Emeral" by detaching a Monster Card?
- Q: Can the first "●" effect of "Daigusto Emeral" target a monster that was sent to the Graveyard after being detached as a cost to activate the effect of "Daigusto Emeral"?
- A: When activating the effect of "Daigusto Emeral", first, you detach an Xyz Material as a cost, and then you choose which effect to activate and the targets of that effect. Therefore, at the time you choose which effect to activate, since the monster detached as cost is already in your Graveyard, it can be targeted by the first "●" effect.
Also, if the only monsters in your Graveyard are 2 Effect Monsters, since there are no appropriate monsters in your Graveyard to be targeted by either "●" effect, the effect of "Daigusto Emeral" cannot be activated. If at least 1 of the 2 monsters in your Graveyard is a non-Effect Monster, since the second "●" effect can be activated, you can detach an Xyz Matereial as a cost. If the detached Monster Card is sent to your Graveyard, since you now have 3 monsters in your Graveyard, you can choose to activate the first "●" effect.[2]

- A: When resolving the first "●" effect of "Daigusto Emeral", if the number of targeted monsters that remain in the Graveyard is 2 or less, the effect of "Daigusto Emeral" is not applied. Therefore, the remaining monsters in the Graveyard are not shuffled into the Deck, and you cannot draw a card.[3]
