Blockbacker" is face-up in my opponent's Main Monster Zone, and "U.A. Penalty Box" is face-up in the opponent's Spell & Trap Zone of the same column. In this case, which cards in the Spell & Trap Zones cannot be targeted or destroyed by which player's effects?
