- You can only activate this card while "The Sanctuary in the Sky" is on the field.[1]
- Activate this effect directly in Chain to the activation of a monster effect or the activation of a Spell/Trap Card.[1]
- This card can be activated even during the Damage Step.[1]
- If "The Sanctuary in the Sky" is activated from your hand, and your opponent chains "Mystical Space Typhoon", you can chain "Divine Punishment".[2]
