OCG Rulings

• The activation of only the card "Fraud Freeze" can be performed at any time, except during the Damage Step.

• The effect "Once per turn, when your opponent Special Summons a monster(s) from the hand (except during the Damage Step): You can return all monsters your opponent controls that were Special Summoned from the hand to the hand" makes a Chain Link. (It does not target. When the opponent Special Summons a monster(s) from their hand, if you activate and flip face-up a Set "Fraud Freeze", you can also activate the card and effect in the same Chain Link.)

• The effect "You can return all monsters your opponent controls that were Special Summoned from the hand to the hand" cannot be activated during the Damage Step.

• The effect "If there is no "Flower Cardian" Synchro Monster on the field, send this card to the Graveyard" does not make a Chain Link. (It applies even during the Damage Step.)

• Even if you do not have a "Flower Cardian" Synchro Monster on your field, you can activate a Set "Fraud Freeze". Even if you activate "Fraud Freeze" and its effect as part of the same Chain Link, the effect that sends it to the Graveyard is applied immediately. As a result, since it is no longer face-up on the field, you cannot apply the effect that returns monsters to the hand.

• The effect of "Fraud Freeze" can be activated when your opponent Special Summons a monster from their hand. This includes not only Pendulum Summons or Special Summons that do not create a Chain, such as the Special Summon of "Black Luster Soldier - Envoy of the Beginning" by its own procedure, but also by card effects. If the opponent activates "Eye of the Void" and Special Summons "Infernoid Onuncu" from their hand, as long as "Eye of the Void" was activated as Chain Link 1 and a monster was Special Summoned from your opponent's hand, you can activate the effect of "Fraud Freeze". If "Eye of the Void" was activated as Chain Link 2 or higher, the last effect to resolve was the Chain Link 1 effect, so "Fraud Freeze" cannot be activated.

• Even if your opponent Pendulum Summons monsters from both their hand and Extra Deck at the same time, you can activate the effect of "Fraud Freeze". If the opponent Pendulum Summons a "Timebreaker Magician" from their hand and an "Odd-Eyes Pendulum Dragon" from their Extra Deck, only "Timebreaker Magician" is returned to your opponent's hand.

• If the opponent activates the effect of "Prediction Princess Coinorma" and Special Summons "Prediction Princess Crystaldine" from their hand in face-down Defense Position, since "Prediction Princess Crystaldine" was Special Summoned from the hand by the effect of "Prediction Princess Coinorma", you can activate the effect of "Fraud Freeze", and the face-down Defense Position "Prediction Princess Crystaldine" is returned to your opponent's hand.

• When the effect of "Fraud Freeze" is applied, in addition to the monster that was Special Summoned from the hand for the effect to be activated, the monsters on your opponent's field that were Special Summoned from the hand previously are also returned to the hand. Therefore, if the opponent Special Summons "Graff, Malebranche of the Burning Abyss" from their hand by its own effect while they control a "Scarm, Malebranche of the Burning Abyss" that was Special Summoned from their hand by its own effect during a previous turn, both "Scarm, Malebranche of the Burning Abyss" and "Graff, Malebranche of the Burning Abyss" are returned to their owners' hands.
