OCG Rulings

• This card's effect, that allows it to be Summoned without Tributing, is not considered to be an Ignition, Trigger, Quick, or Continuous Effect. (Summoning this card this way does not start a chain).
• This card's effect, that allows it to be Summoned without Tributing, can only be used if you control no monsters or if all monsters you control are face-up "Gouki" monsters.
• If using this card's effect, that allows it to be Summoned without Tributing, this card must be Summoned face-up. (This card cannot be Set with this effect).
• This card's effect, that adds a "Gouki" card to your hand if sent to the GY, is a Trigger Effect that activates in the GY. (It does not target. This effect can activated even during the Damage Step).
