• Q: After its ATK has been decreased by 500 due to its second effect, and then increased by 1000 due to its third effect, a "Gouki The Giant Ogre" on my field has 3500 ATK. In this situation, if "Skill Drain" is activated and negates the effects of all face-up monsters on the field, what does the ATK of "Gouki The Giant Ogre" become?

A: In this scenario, if the effects of "Gouki The Giant Ogre" are negated by the effect of "Skill Drain", the increases/decreases from either of its effects stop applying. Therefore, "Gouki The Giant Ogre" returns to its original state of having 3000 ATK. (Even if the effect of "Skill Drain" stops applying later on, the previous increases/decreases to the ATK of "Gouki The Giant Ogre" do not reapply.)
