• Q: Can "King of the Swamp" be used to Special Summon "Elemental HERO Aqua Neos" by the effect of "Miracle Contact"?

A: Since the Special Summon performed by the effect of "Miracle Contact" is not treated as a Fusion Summon, the effect "This card can be used as a substitute for any 1 Fusion Material" of "King of the Swamp" cannot be applied.

• Q: When resolving "Miracle Contact", can face-down Fusion Materials be returned to the Deck?

A: When resolving the effect of "Miracle Contact", the Fusion Monster can be Special Summoned by returning face-down monsters you control to the Deck. Also, if you return a face-down monster to the Deck, it is returned to the Deck after the opponent verifies that it is a Fusion Material listed on the Fusion Monster.

• Q: Can "Elemental HERO Neos Knight" be Special Summoned by "Miracle Contact"?
