Card Rulings:Miracle Fusion
Previously Official Rulings
These TCG rulings were issued by Upper Deck Entertainment and have since been declared unofficial by Konami.[1] They were previously considered official and can still be correct, as long as they follow the official gameplay rules, or unless Konami has issued a ruling that says otherwise. - If "Kycoo the Ghost Destroyer" is on your opponent's side of the field, you can activate "Miracle Fusion" if all the Fusion Material Monsters are on the field; however, if any of them are in the Graveyard, you cannot activate it.
- You can use Fusion Substitute Monsters like "King of the Swamp" and "Goddess with the Third Eye" for "Miracle Fusion".
- "Miracle Fusion" does not target. You select and remove the monsters during resolution.
Mentions in Other Rulings
- Chthonian Polymer: You can only activate this card when the opponent Fusion Summons a monster, including with a Special Summon that is treated as a Fusion Summon, like "Miracle Fusion"...
- Non-Fusion Area: You cannot activate..."Miracle Fusion"...when this card is active because they are treated as Fusion Summons.
