OCG Rulings

• This card's effect that only allows you to control 1 face-up "Miracle Stone" does not start a Chain. (This effect is also applied while this card is not on the field, so if you already have a face-up "Miracle Stone" on your field, you cannot activate a second copy.)
• This card's effect that increases the ATK and DEF of your Spellcaster monsters does not start a Chain.
• This card's effect that draws a card starts a Chain. (It does not target.)
• This effect can be activated either when a face-up "Fortune Fairy" monster in your Monster Zone declares an attack, or when an opponent's monster declares an attack on a face-up "Fortune Fairy" monster in your Monster Zone.
