OCG Rulings
- Tributing 1 "Ninja" monster in your Monster Zone is a cost to activate the card "Ninjitsu Art of Duplication".[1]
- The effect does not target when the card "Ninjitsu Art of Duplication" is activated, but the effect continuously targets the monster Special Summoned by the effect of "Ninjitsu Art of Duplication".[1]
- The card "Ninjitsu Art of Duplication" cannot be activated during the Damage Step.[1]
- The effect "When this card leaves the field: Destroy those monsters" does not start a Chain Link. (It is also applied during the Damage Step.)[1]
