OCG Rulings

- Even if the opponent activates an effect during the Damage Step, the ATK of this card is increased.[1]
- If the only face-up monster on the field at the start of your Battle Phase is "Number 107: Galaxy-Eyes Tachyon Dragon", the effect of "Number 107: Galaxy-Eyes Tachyon Dragon" cannot be activated.[2]
- The effect of "Number 107: Galaxy-Eyes Tachyon Dragon" that negates the effects of all other face-up monsters and returns their ATK and DEF to their original values is applied as long as the affected monsters remain face-up on the field.[3]
