OCG Rulings

• "Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. Must be Special Summoned by a card effect, and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways." is not treated as a monster effect. Even if this card is sent from the hand or Deck to the Graveyard, it can be Special Summoned from the Graveyard by the effect of "Monster Reborn".

• The effect "When an opponent's monster declares an attack while you control no monsters: You can Special Summon both this card from your hand and 1 "PSY-Frame Driver" from your hand, Deck, or Graveyard, and if you do, destroy the attacking monster, then end the Battle Phase. During the End Phase, banish the face-up monsters Special Summoned by this effect." is a Trigger Effect that is activated from the hand. (It does not target.)

• Banishing the monsters Special Summoned by this effect during the End Phase does not start a Chain Link.

• The resolution of "Special Summon both this card from your hand and 1 "PSY-Frame Driver" from your hand, Deck, or Graveyard" and the resolution of "and if you do, destroy the attacking monster,"." is considered to happen at the same time. Also, the resolution of "Special Summon both this card from your hand and 1 "PSY-Frame Driver" from your hand, Deck, or Graveyard, and if you do, destroy the attacking monster" and the resolution of "then end the Battle Phase" are not considered to happen at the same time.

• The effect of "PSY-Framegear Beta" cannot be activated if you do not have "PSY-Frame Driver" in your hand, Deck, or Graveyard.

• You cannot activate the Trigger effect of "PSY-Framegear Alpha", "PSY-Framegear Beta", "PSY-Framegear Gamma", "PSY-Framegear Delta" , or "PSY-Framegear Epsilon" from your hand while Evilswarm Ophion" is face-up on the field with Xyz Material applying its effect, since you cannot Special Summon Level 6 "PSY-Frame Driver.

• If "Compulsory Evacuation Device" is activated in response to the effect of "PSY-Framegear Beta" that activated in response to an opponent's monster declaring an attack, you will Special Summon "PSY-Frame Driver" from your hand, Deck, or Graveyard. Destroying the attacking monster and ending the Battle Phase is not applied. Also the monsters Special Summoned by th effect of "PSY-Framegear Beta" will be banished during the End Phase.

• If an opponent's attacking monster is not destroyed by the effect of "PSY-Framegear Beta", then end the Battle Phase is not applied. Also, the monsters Special Summoned by the effect of "PSY-Framegear Beta" will be banished during the End Phase.
