A: When activating the effect of "Supreme King Dragon Starving Venom", you can target another copy of "Supreme King Dragon Starving Venom". In that case, the name of "Supreme King Dragon Starving Venom" does not change, and the part of the effect that replaces it with the target monster’s original effects is not applied. However, even in this case, the part of the effect that allows your monsters to inflict piercing battle damage this turn is applied.[1]
