OCG Rulings

  • The effect that increases the ATK of 1 monster on the field by 800 is a Trigger Effect. (It does not target. You choose 1 face-up monster in either player's Monster Zone when the effect resolves.)[1]

"Vision HERO" monster Rulings

  • The effect that places this card from the Graveyard in your Spell & Trap Zone as a Continuous Trap Card is a Trigger Effect that activates in the Graveyard. (It does not target. It can be activated during the Damage Step.)[2][1][3][4]

A: If you take battle or effect damage while you have "Vision HERO Increase" and "Vision HERO Poisoner" in your Graveyard, you can activate in a Chain their effects that place them in your Spell & Trap Zones as Continuous Trap Cards.[5]
