A: Even if "Black Rose Dragon" is no longer on the field when its effect resolves, its effect is still treated as one activated by a monster Special Summoned from the Extra Deck. Since "World Legacy - "World Shield"" is unaffected by the activated effects of monsters Special Summoned from the Extra Deck, it is not destroyed by the effect of "Black Rose Dragon".[1]
