- Q: "World Legacy - "World Shield"" is face-up in my Monster Zone. In this situation, my opponent Synchro Summons a "Black Rose Dragon" and activates its effect that destroys all cards on the field. If my opponent also chains "Compulsory Evacuation Device" and returns their "Black Rose Dragon" to the Extra Deck, will its effect destroy "World Legacy - "World Shield""?
- A: Even if "Black Rose Dragon" is no longer on the field when its effect resolves, its effect is still treated as one activated by a monster Special Summoned from the Extra Deck.
