When a monster is Summoned face-up, if the monster is face-down when "Black Garden"'s effect resolves, then you neither halve the monster's ATK nor Summon a "Rose Token".[7]

is reversed in http://www.db.yugioh-card.com/yugiohdb/faq_search.action?ope=5&fid=7621&keyword=&tag=-1&request_locale=ja token is still summoned, but the monster ATK isn't halved.
