- This card can be Tribute Summoned with one Tribute using "Kaiser Sea Horse" and "The First Monarch".
- "Imperial Iron Wall" allows this card's Special Summoning effect to be used repeatedly.
- Because this card is Special Summoned in Defense Position, it is relatively easy to overcome this monster by battle on the replay, and it's very likely the opponent would want to destroy it before it switches to Attack Position on the following turn. To make sure it survives and preform a surprising reversal, cards such as "Final Attack Orders" are useful.
- Alternatively, cards such as "Necro Gardna" can protect it from an attack.
- This card works well with "Hardened Armed Dragon", as most Level 8 Monster Cards or higher don't work well in the graveyard.
