Card Tips:Hyper Psychic Blaster
- By using "Overdrive Teleporter" to Special Summon a Level 3 Tuner monster such as "Psychic Commander" you can easily Synchro Summon this card.
- "Emergency Teleport" and "Teleport" are also useful to Special Summon any level 3 or lower Psychic-Type Tuner monster to Synchro Summon this card.
- Use it to Special Summon "Psychic Commander" and then Normal Summon "Armored Axon Kicker" to easily meet this card's requirement.
- You can also have "Windaar, Sage of Gusto" to destroy your opponent's monster via battle to Special Summon "Gusto Gulldo" and Tune those two for this card afterwards.
- Combo this card with "Stumbling" to inflict massive damage and gain Life Points at the same time. Make sure to activate Stumbling AFTER you Summon Hyper Psychic Blaster, otherwise your Psychic Blaster would be unable to attack that turn.
- A great way to get this card out is to first Special Summon "Cyber Dragon", Normal Summon a level 2 Tuner, Synchro Summon "Psychic Lifetrancer", and finally use "Emergency Teleport" to Special Summon "Krebons" and Synchro Summon "Hyper Psychic Blaster".
- By using "Psychic Tuning", you can summon "Mind Protector" and "Armored Axon Kicker" in one turn, letting you Synchro Summon "Hyper Psychic Blaster".
- Use "DNA Surgery" to change every monster to Psychic-type to meet this card's requirements.
- Use "Enemy Controller" to change your attack target into Defense Position to utilize his effect.
- Be wary of "Ryko, Lightsworn Hunter" and "Snowman Eater" though, as they can easily destroy this card, thus instantly swinging the momentum to your opponent's favor. You can use "Forbidden Chalice" or "Forbidden Dress" for countermeasure.
- An easy method to Synchro Summon this card is to use "Delta Flyer" with "Magical Android".
- Alternatively, "Psi-Reflector" and "Assault Sentinel" also provide an easy way to summon this card, with the advantage of searching each other out, as well giving access to "Hyper Psychic Blaster/Assault Mode". A single copy of "Assault Mode Activate" (which is searchable by "Psi-Reflector") is required to activate the effect of "Psi-Reflector", even if not playing the "/Assault Mode" variant of this card.
- This card works well with "Zero Gravity" or "Windstorm of Etaqua", since you can change the Battle Position of a high ATK monster that has a low DEF to destroy them easily, inflict heavy damage and recover your Life Points at the same time.
- This card's also good candidates to be banished for the effect of "Future Glow" due to its high Level. With this, you can give your Psychic-type monsters 1800 ATK boost in one go.
- For Psycho-Gusto decks, this can be good strategy, since almost all of their monsters have below-average-ATK, not to mention "Windaar, Sage of Gusto" can easily Summon this card provided you can execute the combo at the right time.
