- This card can be searched by "Guiding Ariadne", "Sacred Arch-Airknight Parshath", and other generic searchers.
- This card is great for dumping cards for Fusions, and for monsters to gain ATK, etc. It works especially well for dumping "Treeborn Frog", "Destiny Hero - Dasher", "Night Assailant", "Sinister Serpent", and "Elemental HERO Necroshade" in the Graveyard.
- You can also discard Spell Cards whose effects activate when sent to the Graveyard, or that can be activated there like "Ojamagic", "Galaxy Cyclone", "Destruction Swordsman Fusion", "Return of the Dragon Lords", and "Magician Navigation". (However, if you are going to discard a Spell Card anyway, you are better off using "Spell Shield Type-8" or "Cursed Seal of the Forbidden Spell" over this card.)
