• Besides setting up the field for Special Summoning "Neos" Fusion Monsters via Contact Fusion, both of this card's effects can be used to set up an Xyz Summon of a Rank 3 Xyz Monster (or a Link Summon of "Cherubini, Ebon Angel of the Burning Abyss") if "Aqua Dolphin" is chosen to be Special Summoned from the hand or deck, then using the effect of "Aqua Dolphin" by discarding a "Neo-Spacian", then using the other effect of this card to Special Summon that discarded "Neo-Spacian" monster. Similary, this card can also set up an Xyz Summon of a Rank 7 Xyz Monster if a copy of "Elemental HERO Neos" is Special Summoned by both of this card's effects each.

Traditional Format

• This card is an easy way to Link Summon "Isolde, Two Tales of the Noble Knights", since it can instantly Special Summon "Neo-Spacian Aqua Dolphin" (a second Warrior) from your hand or Deck. "Aqua Dolphin" will also give you the chance to see the opponent's hand and potentially get rid of a hand trap before you Link Summon.

• This card is also an easy way to Link Summon "Predaplant Verte Anaconda" if it Special Summons any "Neo-Spacian" Effect Monster which is extremely useful for accessing "Neos Fusion" in a "Neos"/"Neo-Spacian" deck. As mentioned previously, before Link Summoning "Predaplant Verte Anaconda", summon "Aqua Dolphin" to check the opponent's hand and potentially get rid of a hand trap. "Neo-Spacian Air Hummingbird" may also be Special Summoned (from either of this card's effects) to gain LP to compensate for the LP cost when using the effect of "Predaplant Verte Anaconda" if needed.
