- You can use "Compulsory Evacuation Device" or a similar card to add this card back to your hand. Since it will have left the field, all special summoned monsters will have Predator Counters added to them, allowing you to strategically manipulate levels and disrupt your opponent's plays.
- E.g. Your opponent special summons "Photon Thrasher", then they normal summon "Photon Crusher". Chain "Compulsory Evacuation Device" to the normal summon and target this card. If this successfully resolves, your opponent to have a Level 1 and Level 4 monster, preventing them from Xyz summoning.
- With this card recovered, you can send it from the hand to the graveyard to use its other effect, without needing a second copy.
- You can use this card as a fusion material with "Polymerization" for "Starving Venom Fusion Dragon", which will allow the distribution of Predator Counters then activate "Fusion Recovery" to add "Polymerization" and "Predaplant Squid Drosera" back to your hand to discard the latter back to the Graveyard to activate its multiple attack effect.
- Alternatively, you could do the same with "Predaplant Chimerafflesia". With this, the Predator Counters reduce your opponent's monster's level to allow "Chimera Raffesia" to banish one through its effect, provided "Predaplant Flytrap" is out. Also Chimera Rafflesia can keep gaining ATK through its own effect, possibly leading towards an OTK.
- Return this card in hand to summon "Fallen Angel of Roses" and put Predator Counters on opponent's monsters. Then you can discard it for Fallen Angel of Roses (or another monster) can attack multiple times.
- Combining this card with "Super Solar Nutrient" can lead to an array of plays, such as an easy fusion if "Predaplant Chlamydosundew" is searched.
