- If you Tribute an "X-Saber" monster to get this card back to the top of your Deck, you can use the effect of "XX-Saber Ragigura" to get that monster back to your hand.
- If you have an "XX-Saber Gardestrike" in your Graveyard you can Normal Summon "XX-Saber Ragigura" to return "Gardestrike" to your hand then Tribute it off to return "Sword of Sparkles" to the top of the Deck. Then Special Summon "Gardestrike".
